subscription services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed,
it cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason.
2. Subscription Terms
- Subscription
Period: Upon subscribing, you gain access to our premium services for
the duration of your chosen subscription period.
- Continued
Access: You are entitled to use Tesan’s
services for the remainder of the current subscription period, even if you
decide to discontinue your subscription before the period ends.
3. Free Trial
- Eligibility:
Tesan offers a free trial period for new
users to experience our services before committing to a paid subscription.
- No
Refunds for Trial Users: As the free trial is provided at no cost,
there are no refunds associated with the trial period. Should you choose
not to continue with a paid subscription after the trial, your account
will automatically downgrade.
4. Automatic Downgrade
- Non-Renewal:
If you decide not to renew your subscription at the end of the current
period, your account will automatically downgrade to our Basic Free
Plan.
- Basic
Free Plan Features: The Basic Free Plan offers limited access to Tesan’s services. You can continue to use the free
plan without any charges until you choose to upgrade to a paid
subscription again.
5. Payment Terms

All payments are collected in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Billing:
Payments are billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the
