Tesan AI is currently in beta. Errors or inaccuracies may occur. Tesan AI is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of beta features, and users should exercise discretion in reliance on outputs.

Users can opt out of promotional emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or adjusting preferences in their account settings. Essential communications related to account management will continue.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of disputes, users should first write to us at press@tekkyai.com to seek an amicable resolution.

For disputes arising within India: Users agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

For disputes arising outside India: Arbitration will be conducted by the Indian Council of Arbitration (ICA) in Delhi under applicable rules.
11. Limitation of Liability

Tesan AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data.

12. User-Generated Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant Tesan AI a license to use such content to improve our services. Users are responsible for ensuring their content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
